Purchase the option: "card with your message added, sent directly to recipient" 

This option includes the Birthday card plus the work to digitally format and print the image on the inside of the card.  For shipping pick the $2.00 option. 

Handwrite your message for the inside of the card, and either scan it and send it to me, or take a photo of the message and send it me .  I will then print it on the inside of the card for you, and mail the card to your intended recipient, with your return address on the envelope.
